Academics Policy

AITI’s academic programs are designed to provide industry-relevant training and hands-on learning experiences. All programs meet state and accreditor standards to ensure students receive quality education and preparation for their chosen career paths.

AITI offers a range of diploma and certificate programs in healthcare, technical, and business fields. Current programs include:

Each program consists of classroom instruction, hands-on lab training, and, where applicable, externships. Students can review the full curriculum and requirements at Academic Programs.

The total Cost of Attendance (COA) includes:

• Tuition and fees
• Books and materials
• Uniforms and lab supplies (if required)
• Externship expenses (if applicable)

AITI provides an annual breakdown of estimated costs per program, available at Cost of Attendance. Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid or explore payment plan options.

Regular attendance is required for all programs. Students are expected to attend at least 90% of scheduled classes. If a student’s attendance falls below this threshold, they may be subject to:

• Academic probation
• Make-up coursework requirements
• Potential withdrawal from the program

More information can be found at Attendance Policy.

• B (80-89%) – Good
• C (70-79%) – Satisfactory
• D (60-69%) – Needs Improvement
• F (Below 60%) – Failing

Students must maintain satisfactory grades to remain in good academic standing. See Grading Policy for further details.

Students may transfer credits from other accredited institutions. Transfer credits are subject to:

• Evaluation by the Academic Office
